Prenatal Care
Care during pregnancy
Through the Pregnancy Support Center’s Women's Sexual Health Clinic, clients who are pregnant may receive three months of prenatal vitamins in addition to the initial STD lab work. Upon request, PSC willingly forwards on that lab work to the client’s OB/GYN. For more information or to schedule an appointment call 330-455-7500.

Prenatal Care
The following information may be helpful to you during your pregnancy. It is important to remember that nothing takes the place of adequate prenatal care by a qualified health care professional.
Tiredness, Fatigue
- Try going to bed early and taking naps throughout the day
- Mild exercise, in fresh air if possible
- Avoid food and beverages with caffeine or sugar
Morning Sickness

- OR eat crackers before you get up then rise slowly without sudden movement
